Mindia KZ is developing a construction product with AI capabilities to deliver value to users.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the engineering team, assign work, review code, and develop engineers.
• Spend 40–60% of the role building, testing, and shipping features; solve complex technical issues.
• Make architectural decisions and coordinate engineers and AI agents, verifying their work.
• Develop and assess AI capabilities, and maintain production stability.

Requirements:
• Team Lead experience, including technical decisions, engineer development, and accountability for results.
• Experience launching and supporting production products.
• Strong hands-on engineering skills and deep proficiency in at least one production stack.
• Understanding of architecture, APIs, data, security, and production operations.
• Practical experience building and launching LLM solutions.
