AI Product Engineer (Azure)

What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents that solve customer and business problems and translate defined use cases into scalable, production-ready solutions.
• Build and operate Model Context Protocol servers, including tool interfaces, authentication mechanisms, and secure resource access patterns.
• Integrate agents with Dynamics 365, Microsoft Graph, Dataverse, ServiceNow, contact centre and customer experience platforms, and internal or third-party APIs.
• Design context, memory, decision-making, retrieval, reasoning, tool-use strategies, and safety guardrails for reliable enterprise agents.
• Develop adapters, event-processing capabilities, integration layers, and supporting services for interconnected agent ecosystems.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and AI leadership while contributing customer insights, market observations, and technical input to the Agent Factory roadmap.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering experience with C# and .NET.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Functions, Azure App Service, Azure OpenAI Service, and Azure AI Foundry or AI Studio.
• Experience integrating Microsoft business platforms, including Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Microsoft Graph, and Power Platform.
• Knowledge of Azure security and identity services, including Microsoft Entra ID, Managed Identities, and Azure Key Vault.
• Practical experience building or consuming MCP servers and knowledge of agent frameworks or orchestration technologies such as Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, and Microsoft AI SDKs.
• Experience with function and tool calling, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, vector databases, and context and memory management.
• Strong API integration experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with cloud-native deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code approaches.
• Understanding of performance, latency, reliability, and cost considerations for production Large Language Model workloads, plus a commitment to software quality, testing, continuous improvement, and collaboration with QA on agent evaluation.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally, think in systems, and build secure, reliable enterprise-grade solutions from concept through production.

• Experience with multi-agent architectures and agent-to-agent communication.
• Experience delivering AI solutions in enterprise or regulated environments.
• Experience with LLM observability, monitoring, tracing, and evaluation frameworks.
• Experience with contact centre, customer experience, or enterprise workflow automation platforms.
