2027 Industrial Placement - Consulting (Business Design & Transformation) - Bristol

Location: Hybrid, with Bristol as the work base; minimum two days per week in the office or on client site, with assignments potentially requiring up to five days per week on a client site.

Salary: £26,230 per annum.

What you will do

• Support client workstreams by gathering requirements, conducting research, analysing information, and helping shape practical recommendations.
• Work with clients and project teams in meetings and workshops, capture actions and decisions, and produce clear outputs.
• Contribute to bids, business development, thought leadership, internal projects, and community initiatives.
• Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations that translate complex ideas into clear storylines and visuals.
• Use Excel to clean, structure, summarise, and analyse data, including building simple models and presenting insights.
• Manage tasks, deadlines, and quality expectations while collaborating across disciplines and applying consulting tools and methodologies.

Requirements

• Undergraduate student with an industrial placement included in the course structure and expected graduation in 2029.
• Currently on track to gain an undergraduate degree; all disciplines are welcome, with no specific grade or subject requirements.
