Engineer I Technical Services (HVACR)

Location: Quezon City, Manila, Philippines; hybrid work with on-site attendance three times per week. The first two months require on-site training Monday to Friday. The role follows a fixed night shift, includes one weekend workday per week and holiday coverage.

What you will do

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat, perform initial triage, troubleshoot controllers and system applications, and document cases.
• Create technical drawings, work instructions, troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
• Program and optimize hirify.global Supervisory Controllers, including E2, E3, and Site Supervisor, using reference documents and tools.
• Conduct remote commissioning by phone for start-up sites and confirm system operation before contractor sign-off.
• Create graphical custom screens, map graphical instruments, and install them on PCs.
• Support Food Service temperature monitoring products and maintain the technical services laboratory, including inventory checks, basic device maintenance, housekeeping, and device simulator development under senior guidance.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electronics and Communications Engineering.
• Fixed night shift availability is required.
• Availability to work one weekend day per week, with one weekday rest day, and to work on holidays when assigned.
• Availability for on-site training during the first two months and on-site work three times per week.

Nice to have

• One year of BPO experience is preferred.
