Area Lead Customer Intelligence & Advanced Analytics (AI)

What you will do

• Define and drive the Customer Intelligence, Growth Analytics, and Advanced Analytics strategy, vision, and multi-year roadmap.
• Own the Growth Data & Intelligence ecosystem, KPI governance, measurement strategy, and Growth Data Cockpit.
• Lead the development of customer intelligence, predictive analytics, AI-enabled insights, machine learning, and experimentation capabilities.
• Drive customer segmentation, propensity modelling, next-best-action, customer lifetime value, acquisition, engagement, retention, and growth initiatives.
• Lead Product Leads and multidisciplinary business and technology teams comprising 2 Product Leads, 6 squads, 25 direct reports, and 31 functional FTE.
• Present strategic recommendations and business cases to executive forums while ensuring data, analytical, privacy, model-risk, and first-line risk governance.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in customer intelligence, analytics, reporting, data science, or AI-driven environments in a commercial setting.
• Proven leadership experience in data-intensive organisations.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate analytics into business outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive influencing capabilities.
