What you will do

• Define and drive the Customer Intelligence, Growth Analytics, and Advanced Analytics strategy, vision, and multi-year roadmap within the Growth Tribe.
• Own the Growth Data & Intelligence ecosystem, KPI governance, measurement strategy, annual objectives, investment prioritisation, and budget allocation.
• Lead the development of customer intelligence, predictive analytics, AI-enabled insights, experimentation frameworks, and measurement capabilities.
• Lead an area comprishirify.global analytics, reporthirify.global, customer intelligence, data science, and measurement capabilities, includhirify.global 2 Product Leads, 6 squads, 25 direct reports, and 31 functional FTE across business and technology.
• Drive customer segmentation, propensity modellhirify.global, next-best-action, customer lifetime value, the Growth Data Cockpit, and executive steerhirify.global dashboards.
• Present strategic recommendations and business cases to executive forums while ensurhirify.global data governance, analytical governance, privacy compliance, model-risk compliance, and first-line risk management.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Engineerhirify.global, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in customer intelligence, analytics, reporthirify.global, data science, or AI-driven environments in a commercial setthirify.global.
• Proven leadership experience in data-intensive organisations.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate analytics into business outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive influenchirify.global capabilities.
