CyberArk PAM Developer

Location: Hybrid from Gdańsk, Poland, with 2–3 days per week from the office.

Salary: 1,000–1,200 PLN/day on B2B.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain custom CyberArk application connectors.
• Onboard applications, databases, and platforms into the CyberArk ecosystem.
• Develop and enhance SQL connectors and privileged access integrations.
• Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into PAM solutions.
• Align PAM controls with security standards, policies, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Security, Infrastructure, and Application teams in an Agile environment, while documenting solutions and driving automation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM solutions, including custom connectors and integrations.
• Knowledge of privileged access management, identity security, and access governance.
• Understanding of Zero Trust, Least Privilege, and Segregation of Duties principles.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum and DevOps environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical implementations and work independently.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and governance standards.
• Daily interaction in English within international teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with CyberArk Application Access Manager and Privileged Access Security.
• Experience with cloud security tooling in AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of NIST, CIS, COBIT, or ISO 27001 frameworks.
