PAM Operations & Platform Engineer (CyberArk)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid work model with 75% remote work.

Rate: up to €35/hour net + VAT.

What you will do

• Monitor, support, maintain, and continuously improve the CyberArk/Idira Privilege Cloud PAM environment.
• Perform health checks, resolve incidents, fulfil service requests, and troubleshoot privileged accounts, password rotation, safes, policies, sessions, authentication, integrations, and connectivity.
• Administer Privilege Cloud connector servers, including patching, upgrades, certificate management, recovery, and redeployment.
• Onboard and maintain privileged accounts, target systems, safes, platforms, and policies; configure and test solutions based on approved technical designs.
• Support the rollout of Workforce Password Management, Endpoint Privilege Management, Vendor PAM, and other PAM capabilities.
• Contribute to automation, integrations, major incident management, root cause analysis, disaster recovery testing, documentation, and audit evidence.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience supporting or administering CyberArk/Idira Privilege Cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of privileged account management, safes, access permissions, password management and rotation, CPM, PSM, session management, PAM policies, and platform administration.
• Experience managing and troubleshooting Privilege Cloud connectors and supporting infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Windows, Linux, Active Directory, Entra ID, SSO, MFA, DNS, certificates, firewalls, and networking.
• Understanding of PAM business continuity, disaster recovery, emergency access, and incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Advanced English and availability for a hybrid role in Warsaw.

Nice to have

• Experience with WPM, EPM, Vendor PAM, PAM integrations, APIs, and automation.
• Experience in a GxP-regulated pharmaceutical or life sciences environment, including validation, qualification, change control, audit trails, and compliance documentation.
• Experience with ServiceNow, SIEM integrations, PowerShell, Linux, and SSH.
• Relevant CyberArk or Idira certifications.
