AI Data Science Domain Expert (AI)

hirify.global is engaging a part-time contractor for an AI-focused data science project.

What you will do

• Review, edit, and refine AI-generated technical and analytical content for accuracy, clarity, and relevance.
• Develop, optimize, and evaluate prompts to improve AI model performance.
• Assess AI outputs using rubrics and provide structured feedback.
• Research and fact-check technical information, interpret complex datasets, and prepare technical reports.
• Annotate data and support quality assurance initiatives for AI training.
• Collaborate remotely with project teams to improve AI models and workflows.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in data science, machine learning, applied AI, statistics, quantitative analytics, or data analytics.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical reasoning, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Experience producing or reviewing research papers, analytical reports, technical documentation, experiment summaries, or data-driven recommendations.
• Strong technical and report-writing skills, including content review and editing.
• Experience with data annotation, AI output evaluation, fact-checking, or rubric-based assessment is relevant to the role.

Nice to have

• Experience with prompt engineering, reinforcement learning from human feedback, or AI output evaluation.
• Master's degree, MBA, PhD, or another advanced degree.
