Platform Engineer (AI)

Compensation: $230,000–$390,000 plus equity

What you will do

• Build enterprise platform capabilities for customer-facing AI agents.
• Design and develop foundational systems for identity, access management, integrations, and extensibility.
• Enable enterprise customers to embed hirify.global into existing ecosystems and scale across organizations, regions, and use cases.
• Maintain performance, simplicity, security, compliance readiness, reliability, and operational excellence.
• Drive outcomes autonomously while balancing craftsmanship, customer obsession, and competitive intensity.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience building production products and systems.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience building enterprise features such as SSO, RBAC, IAM, audit logs, or compliance-adjacent systems.
• Experience with integrations, APIs, and complex customer environments.
• Backend-leaning full-stack experience building enterprise SaaS applications.
• Security-adjacent experience, including authentication, permissions, data isolation, or threat modeling.
• Experience building AI-powered products or platforms.
• Passion for frontier AI products and building reliable, maintainable, secure systems that scale.
