Strategic Project Specialist (PropTech)

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; hybrid flexible working

What you will do

• Produce regular property market research reports covering the national outlook, market trends, and consumer behavior for internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze user behavior on hirify.global platforms to deliver market and consumer insights to internal teams and customers.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities and areas for improvement for the management team.
• Design surveys and conduct fieldwork for project-based market reports commissioned by developers and real estate agencies.
• Collaborate with other departments on cross-functional strategic projects.
• Support annual strategic planning, including developing, tracking, and reporting departmental OKRs and initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong ability to translate complex data into clear insights and compelling storylines.
• Proficiency in data and analytics tools, including Looker and Google Analytics.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, including the ability to present findings to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and work independently across multiple workstreams.
• Solid understanding of the Vietnam real estate market.
