What you will do

• Monitor and improve sales operational systems, including dashboards, CRM, call center tools, and sales operation protocols.
• Track sales team and commercial customer performance, identify issues, provide recommendations, and prepare performance reports.
• Collect product feedback from sales and monitor competitor activity to support product improvements and strategic decisions.
• Set up and deliver customer add-on services such as logos, banners, and promotional payouts.
• Manage sales-related paperwork and monitor customer payments in accordance with legal and finance requirements.
• Complete ad hoc projects and analyses assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• University degree and 2–3 years of professional experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good understanding of digital products and a user-focused, can-do attitude.
• Good data-processing skills and familiarity with SQL, BigQuery, Data Studio, or similar tools; ability to translate data into business insights.
• Good data visualization and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team structure under time pressure.
• Teamwork skills for cross-team collaboration.
