Creative Producer

What you will do

• Manage creative projects from initial brief through production and delivery, keeping timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders aligned.
• Own the intake, prioritization, coordination, and resource allocation for creative requests across teams.
• Plan projects and organize priorities and workload with the Creative Director.
• Coordinate designers, engineers, copywriters, and external collaborators across brand, marketing, and product launches.
• Align Marketing, Product, and other stakeholders on project goals, priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation and status visibility, identify blockers, resolve dependencies, and improve creative team operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in creative production, project management, or a similar role at a tech company, creative agency, or in-house studio.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with creative teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proactive, self-directed approach with strong ownership and attention to detail.
• Good creative judgment and appreciation for high-quality design and craftsmanship.
• Experience working with designers, developers, and other creative disciplines.

Nice to have

• Background in design or hands-on experience with creative tools and workflows.
