What you will do

• Develop cell culture and purification manufacturing processes for recombinant proteins in the late-stage pipeline.
• Improve production yields, evaluate process robustness through process characterization, and transfer processes to manufacturing.
• Execute mammalian cell culture experiments at different scales using shake flasks and bioreactors.
• Execute bench- and pilot-scale purification experiments involving filtration and chromatography.
• Document experimental data, analyze results, present findings, and author technical reports.
• Support regulatory filings, facility-fit and raw-material evaluations, and technology development projects focused on reliability and efficiency.

Requirements

• Master’s degree, or a bachelor’s degree with 3 years of Process Development experience.
• Relevant hands-on laboratory experience in cell culture or protein purification.
• Attention to detail and critical-thinking ability.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Self-motivation and strong organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative team environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Design of Experiments and statistical analysis.
