Project Controls Specialist I T&D

Location: Onsite in Plover or Madison, Wisconsin, United States. Essential functions are performed at a company-designated office or field location.

What you will do

• Support monitoring and controlling project costs, document control, progress measurement, and schedule development.
• Assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining cost data, including tracking actual costs against planned costs and estimating cost to complete and cost at completion.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, schedule progress updates, and schedule creation in Primavera P6.
• Assist with change order management and earned value calculations for project updates.
• Capture and document program and project data to support improvements to future projects and programs.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance and comply with company ethics and industry standards.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of project management experience.
• Experience with project scheduling software.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; a combination of relevant education and experience may be accepted instead of a degree.
• Ability to work independently, think creatively and analytically, and make quick, sound decisions.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical, organizational, cost management, and risk management skills.
• Problem-solving ability with practical, detail-oriented thinking.
