Financial Analysis Senior Advisor (Healthcare)

Location: United States Work at Home; remote position with a cable broadband or fiber optic internet connection required for home working, with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.

Annual salary: $109,200–$182,000 USD, depending on experience and geographic location; eligible for an annual bonus plan.

What you will do

• Perform advanced financial and operational analyses for GPO Operations and support strategic decision-making.
• Identify business trends, risks, opportunities, and key drivers through data-driven insights.
• Develop forecasts, executive-level financial models, business cases, dashboards, reporting solutions, and performance metrics.
• Partner with GPO Operations leadership and cross-functional stakeholders in Finance, Operations, Contracting, Technology, and other business areas.
• Lead reporting process improvements, workflow automation, data integrity initiatives, and operational efficiency efforts.
• Support governance, compliance, audit, risk management, strategic planning, and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, operational analytics, or related experience.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, SQL, and data analysis tools.
• Experience developing dashboards, reporting solutions, and performance metrics.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate insights to leadership.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making capabilities.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting healthcare, pharmacy, GPO, supply chain, or related operational environments.
• Experience with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and process improvement efforts.
• Familiarity with data governance, automation tools, and system implementation projects.
