Finance Operations Business Partner, Huron Digital

Location: Remote, United States; Chicago - 550 Van Buren

Base salary: $110,000–$150,000 annually; total estimated compensation including annual incentive opportunity: $126,500–$180,000 annually

What you will do

• Provide timely financial insights on pipeline health, sales performance, forecasted revenue, and expenses against the business plan.
• Lead planning and budgeting, engagement management, revenue forecasting, working capital oversight, and expense management.
• Use data-driven recommendations and scenario modeling to support senior-management decision-making.
• Identify risks, trends, opportunities, and corrective actions through analytical insights and influence rather than direct authority.
• Collaborate with Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Recruiting, Compensation, Resource Management, IT, and Legal.
• Support project management and operational execution while ensuring compliance with company policies, revenue recognition, and timekeeping requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in management consulting or professional services required.
• 5+ years of financial or accounting experience required.
• Proficiency with Workday, Power BI, and Excel.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Advanced analytical skills, including the ability to distill complex information into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to manage and execute a portfolio of competing tasks and initiatives.
• Strong time-management skills, attention to detail, and process-improvement skills, including measurement and documentation.
