Jr. Reporting Analyst (Microsoft Excel)

Location: Hybrid office setting in Chesterfield, Missouri, USA, with office attendance on Tuesday and Wednesday.

What you will do

• Extract data, develop reports, and perform analytics for internal and external stakeholders.
• Document business requirements and functionalities, and serve as a primary contact for data-related questions and escalations.
• Design and implement data visualizations aligned with corporate standards and analytics objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements for technology enhancements, BI reporting, and data integration projects.
• Participate in testing, documentation, design, maintenance, and delivery of tailored reporting solutions.
• Contribute to data integration and analytics initiatives, team learning, and project assignments.

Requirements

• Ability to work with people at all levels of the business and deliver solutions with minimal supervision.
• One to four years of experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Zero to two years of experience with Power Query.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience.
• Microsoft Excel skills are required.
• Experience in healthcare revenue management is not required.
