Videographer / Content Creator (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Sint-Martens-Latem, Belgium.

What you will do

• Brainstorm content ideas and campaigns with the creative team for a diverse client portfolio.
• Develop concepts and translate them into short scripts or storyboards.
• Own the full visual production process, from shooting footage through editing and final delivery.
• Create animated graphics, transitions, and text to bring brands to life in motion.
• Adapt short-form content for social and digital channels, audiences, and formats while maintaining consistent brand styles.
• Present work to the team and clients, incorporate feedback, and collaborate with strategists, designers, and copywriters.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of videographer experience is preferred, with a strong passion for short-form content.
• Ability to develop creative concepts and turn them into distinctive content.
• Good knowledge of motion design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating videography, creative concept development, and distinctive content creation.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Dutch.
• Strong attention to detail, including subtitles, colours, timing, and sound.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Suite, mainly After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Strong interest in AI generation for image and video, with initial hands-on experience using AI generation tools.
• Ability to collaborate as a team player, meet deadlines, learn continuously, and balance creative ambition with pragmatism.

Nice to have

• French language skills.
• Experience with Figma.
