What you will do

• Define the long-term product roadmap with the Game Manager, Design, Marketing, and other stakeholders.
• Drive Live Operations focused on player engagement, monetization, LTV, and ARPU.
• Design and manage the full lifecycle of new monetization systems, from concept through post-launch optimization.
• Audit existing monetization systems to identify untapped opportunities.
• Lead A/B testing, deep-dive data analysis, and KPI forecasting to support business decisions.
• Streamline workflows, automate processes, reduce production costs, and mentor junior Product Managers.
