Accountant (Financial Planning & Analysis)

Location: Onsite five days a week in Peoria, Illinois; additional locations in North Little Rock, Arkansas and Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. Required travel: up to 25%. Relocation is available. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $112,710.00–$169,060.00 per year.

What you will do

• Report on financial performance for the facility and impacted product groups.
• Use digital reporting tools to provide financial insights.
• Coordinate forecasting and financial analysis activities.
• Identify and implement process and efficiency improvements.
• Support facility leadership teams across two U.S. operations facilities and gain exposure to multiple product groups and functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to complete tasks with a high level of precision.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to accurately exchange and interpret ideas, information, and needs.
• Knowledge of financial analysis tools and approaches, including the ability to read, interpret, and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical data.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities and prioritize time effectively.
• Analytical thinking skills, including determining root causes and creating alternative solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP, Axiom, and Power BI.
• Strong communication, intellectual curiosity, and interpersonal skills.
• Initiative, good judgment, and accountability.
• Ability to resolve issues independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
