NetSuite Business Analyst

Location: Remote; listed location Limassol, EU, Cyprus. The role is open to candidates in multiple countries, with the applicable work location confirmed during recruitment.

What you will do

• Gather requirements from Finance, define acceptance criteria, write specifications, and determine whether requests require configuration or development.
• Manage the Jira backlog, agree priorities with the manager, and coordinate delivery with developers.
• Configure NetSuite fields, records, forms, SuiteFlow workflows, saved searches, reports, and dashboards.
• Manage users, roles, permissions, segregation of duties, audit readiness, CSV imports, mass updates, and master data quality.
• Build and edit Advanced PDF/HTML templates for invoices, credit memos, and statements.
• Test customizations, integrations, and releases in Sandbox; coordinate UAT with Finance, validate financial transactions and GL impact, troubleshoot issues, document changes, and create user guides.

Requirements

• Experience administering ERP, CRM, or other business systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Dynamics, or Odoo.
• Ability to configure fields, forms, reports, and workflows.
• Understanding of data models, record relationships, and reference data.
• Ability to clarify stakeholder requests and write clear technical specifications; an example must be provided during the interview.
• Basic HTML/CSS skills and comfort editing templates, including using AI tools to write and review code.
• English at B2 level or above and a careful approach to testing and documentation.

Nice to have

• NetSuite experience or certification.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, SQL, or integrations.
• Experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or project coordination.
