IT Infrastructure Specialist (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite at hirify.global's pharmaceutical manufacturing plant in Florencio Varela, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

What you will do

• Provide level-2 support, handle incidents, resolve problems, and perform break/fix activities.
• Maintain hardware and software, including operating systems, system utilities, security, monitoring, and tuning tools.
• Install, test, upgrade, analyze, and design platform, shared, and infrastructure systems.
• Support LAN, wireless, physical network infrastructure, network device configuration, diagnostics, and cable issue isolation.
• Participate in change management, qualification, configuration management, system security, capacity planning, and tuning.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing and support other business technology operations as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or technical institute degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3 to 4 years of IT work experience in computer systems or support.
• Working knowledge of basic hardware and software products.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
