Employment Litigation Counsel

Location: Cleveland, Ohio, United States; regular in-person attorney conferences are held throughout the country.

What you will do

• Represent premier local and national employers in labor and employment matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda, motions, pleadings, position statements, and dispositive motions.
• Attend court conferences and handle discovery-related activities and investigations.
• Counsel clients on employment-law-related matters.
• Work with clients, governmental agencies, opposing counsel, and attorneys across a national employment law practice.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree.
• Current and continued licensure to practice law in Ohio in good standing, including compliance with continuing licensure requirements.
• 8+ years of employment litigation experience.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to relate to and inspire confidence with sophisticated business clients.
