Lead Events & Internal Communications Business Partner (Hybrid)

Location: Avon, Minnesota, United States; hybrid work format. Valid, independent U.S. work authorization is required. Visa sponsorship for H-1B visas or permanent residency is not available.

Salary: $100,561–$145,814 per year.

What you will do

• Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of company conferences, Town Halls, and leadership summits.
• Develop corporate event strategies aligned with company priorities, messaging, and audience needs.
• Partner with Marketing & Communications leadership, company leadership, and internal departments to develop event agendas and content.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to shape event content and employee experience.
• Manage corporate event planning and logistics from start to finish.
• Lead outside vendors and cross-functional teams while delegating work to Marketing & Communications team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 8 years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, or public relations.
• Corporate events experience.
• Strong professional writing skills.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with cross-functional teams to strategize, develop, and lead execution plans and campaigns.
