Director, Contract Lifecycle Management Product Manager (CLM)

Location: Hybrid role based in West Point, Pennsylvania, or Rahway, New Jersey, United States; travel up to 10% of the time.

Salary: $173,200–$272,600 annual base salary for the primary location, plus potential annual bonus and long-term incentive.

What you will do

• Define and communicate the vision, strategy, priorities, KPIs, and multi-year roadmap for the enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management product line.
• Lead 3 or more CLM products across planning, implementation, delivery, adoption, optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Translate business needs from more than 10 functional areas and 40 or more markets into requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Legal, Technology Procurement, Compliance, business stakeholders, IT delivery teams, the implementation partner, and the software provider.
• Lead CLM implementations, releases, enhancements, governance, risk management, change management, and stakeholder communications in line with enterprise SDLC, security, and compliance standards.
• Build, hire, coach, mentor, and support a team of Product Managers while guiding configuration, workflows, templates, clauses, metadata, reporting, and integrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10 or more years of experience in product management, product ownership, or solution leadership, preferably with enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Enterprise leadership skills including business savvy, strategic planning, execution excellence, change leadership, emotional intelligence, networking, and partnerships.
• Experience acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders and delivering data-driven, user-focused outcomes.
• Strong PMO and delivery leadership experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience owning and delivering enterprise-scale solutions, with CLM solutions strongly preferred.
• Ability to define product vision and roadmaps and deliver measurable business value.
• Experience leading and mentoring technical analysts or delivery teams, including hiring, coaching, mentoring, and feedback for Product Managers.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive presence, plus experience partnering with Legal, Procurement, Compliance, or similar organizations.
• Experience in organizational change management, transformation, and continuous improvement.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for business purposes.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a science or technology discipline.
• 15 or more years of experience in product management, product ownership, or solution leadership, preferably with enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Experience scaling solutions beyond initial implementations to enterprise adoption.
• Product management certifications or Agile/Scrum credentials.
• Deep understanding of CLM platforms, including configuration, workflows, clause libraries, approvals, reporting, and integrations.
• DocuSign CLM Administrator, Workflow Developer, Implementation Consultant, or Technical Consultant certification.
