Nutrition Portfolio Manager (Clinical Nutrition)

Location: Marsa, Malta

Minimum salary: €44,800 annually; the position may also include benefits, discretionary bonuses, and/or long-term incentive.

What you will do

• Serve as Marketing Lead on the global Product Core Team for the Clinical Nutrition Solutions portfolio and align commercial, supply chain, regulatory, and R&D stakeholders.
• Support product lifecycle planning, sustaining activities, label changes, supply continuity initiatives, and commercial readiness reviews.
• Analyze demand, historical trends, supply signals, and inventory performance to reduce slow-moving and no-moving inventory and improve service levels.
• Create and execute end-of-life strategies for marketing assets, including tracking, governance, retirement of outdated content, and transition to updated assets.
• Improve and standardize global marketing operations workflows, templates, and tools to reduce manual effort and increase accuracy and execution speed.
• Act as the subject-matter expert for product code setup, configuration, and lifecycle management in the PIM system while identifying automation opportunities with IT and functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, commercial operations, product management, or a related analytics or operations role.
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools such as Tableau, and quantitative analysis.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing complex operational workflows.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, supply chain, or project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with global supply chain or demand planning processes.
• Knowledge of compliant marketing asset management in a regulated environment.
• Experience succeeding in matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholder groups.
