Senior Manager, GSE and Investor Oversight

Location: Remote; work location in Mount Laurel, New Jersey, United States of America. Occasional domestic travel is required.

Salary: $115,440–$173,160 USD per year.

What you will do

• Lead the centralized governance and oversight function for GSE, government agency, investor, and insurer requirements across Residential Lending.
• Provide strategic direction, independent review, and challenge to support adherence to applicable requirements.
• Oversee requirement changes, GSE and agency review activities, risk monitoring, regulatory compliance, and remediation plans.
• Develop and implement strategy, policies, processes, procedures, and initiatives across multiple functional areas.
• Partner with senior leaders, enterprise partners, control functions, and key stakeholders on portfolio management, emerging risks, operational efficiency, and decision support.
• Lead and develop the team, including hiring, goal setting, performance management, coaching, succession planning, and resource coordination.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading complex and diverse business management functions involving significant risk, complexity, or scope.
• Experience developing and implementing strategies, policies, processes, procedures, and changes across multiple functional areas.
• Experience managing teams, setting objectives, developing staff, and overseeing performance and resources.
• Ability to assess emerging trends, identify risks and opportunities, recommend actions, and communicate with senior and executive audiences.
• Ability to maintain effective risk management, controls, governance, regulatory compliance, and escalation processes.
