Client Order & Fulfillment Specialist

Location: Waterloo, Ontario, Canada

Salary: $56,480–$84,720 per year, depending on education, experience, skills, geographical location, and internal and external market alignment.

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
• Work autonomously on daily tasks and resolve complex order processing issues with minimal supervision.
• Address complex client inquiries, concerns, and escalations while maintaining a high-quality customer experience.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline fulfillment workflows and increase efficiency.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for order processing activities and procedural guidelines.
• Participate in cross-training across different areas of the Order to Cash function.

Requirements

• Ability to support increased workload and additional hours when required, including during month-end and quarter-end periods.
• Client-facing experience with strong client service and interpersonal skills.
• Detail- and results-oriented approach, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight timelines.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, a self-starter attitude, and effective teamwork abilities.
• Ability to embrace change and willingness to learn best practices.
• Very strong organizational skills and essential attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in fulfillment, Order to Cash, or a client service environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
