Location: Sofia, Bulgaria; the work model prioritizes in-person collaboration.

What you will do
- Identify and resolve technical issues in production environments, including complex incidents affecting large numbers of users.
- Minimize downtime and maintain system stability across enterprise Windows-based environments.
- Install, configure, patch, and troubleshoot infrastructure systems.
- Define and implement standardized changes and support enterprise environments.
- Work with virtualization, cloud, and infrastructure platforms while recommending hardware and software solutions during troubleshooting.
- Make timely, well-informed decisions and support high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Windows Server 2019 R2 or newer and very good knowledge of Nutanix.
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, WINS, FRS, and DFS.
- Experience with Microsoft Clustering and Load Balancing.
- Basic networking knowledge, including DMZ, NAT, and load balancers.
- Hands-on experience with installation, configuration, and patching.
- Exposure to VMware ESX/ESXi and vCenter.
- Ability to recommend hardware and software solutions during troubleshooting.
- Good command of English.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Cisco UCS infrastructure.
- Basic understanding of DevOps concepts and tools.
- Microsoft or VMware certifications.
