Industrial PMTD Program Instantiation (d/f/m) (Manufacturing Engineering)

Location: Manching, Germany; on-site role with flexible and mobile working options where possible. Availability for travelling is required.

What you will do

• Analyze PMTD solutions, gather Operations requirements, and deliver complete solutions adapted to program constraints.
• Coordinate Digital, Program, Industrial Architect, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Quality stakeholders for new developments.
• Prepare quotations and lists for digital solutions, Business Own Tools, processes, methods, and training updates.
• Secure digital capacity, resources, budget approval, booking codes, and operation portfolio inclusion.
• Establish project cost and planning baselines and manage risks, opportunities, resources, and governance.
• Ensure development and deployment delivery quality and monitor the quality of service of deployed solutions.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering.
• Knowledge of P&I, Production, Quality, and Procurement is valuable for the role.
• Management skills covering planning, resource allocation, financial status, and risk and opportunity management.
• Knowledge of PMTD (Process, Methods, Tools and Data) across different programs.
• Advanced English and German.
• Proactive, organized, and structured approach with strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Multicultural skills and availability for travelling.

Nice to have

• Spanish and French language skills.
• Experience in other divisions, areas, or companies.
