Senior Research Executive

Location: Hybrid in Pasig City, Philippines

What you will do

• Lead market research projects from client briefing through final delivery.
• Act as a primary client contact, manage expectations, and provide strategic input.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business decisions.
• Present research findings to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Mentor Research Executives and contribute to team best practices and internal initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in market research, consumer insights, or consulting.
• Experience managing client relationships and leading projects.
• Strong analytical, storytelling, communication, and mentoring skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Proactive, solutions-focused, and collaborative approach.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Q, SPSS, Decipher, or similar research tools.
