US-Licensed Physician (Internal Medicine)

Location: Remote, United States

Salary: $80–$125 per hour

What you will do

• Review inpatient medical records, FHIR data, and clinical notes.
• Verify clinical claims against documented medical evidence.
• Evaluate patient history, medications, assessments, and treatment plans in inpatient documentation.
• Identify missing, inaccurate, or inconsistent information.
• Review medication dosing adjustments, drug interactions, and age-specific clinical details.
• Provide feedback to improve AI models and data quality.

Requirements

• MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine or a Hospital Medicine focused practice designation.
• At least 5 years of hospitalist experience and current or recent inpatient hospitalist experience within the past 2 years.
• Strong knowledge of inpatient documentation and hospital workflows.
• Experience reviewing clinical notes and medical records.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow standardized guidelines.

Nice to have

• Experience in chart review, clinical documentation improvement, utilization review, or medical coding quality assurance.
