What you will do

• Define and lead client technology strategies aligned with business goals, using emerging technologies such as AI, cloud, data analytics, and automation.
• Lead digital transformation programmes from strategy definition through execution and integration with client business processes.
• Advise senior executives on technology trends, digital innovation, organisational change, and digital vision.
• Manage client relationships, stakeholder engagement, governance, and programme mobilisation to deliver initiatives on time and within scope.
• Lead, mentor, and develop consulting teams while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Support innovation, thought leadership, proposals, market positioning, and expansion of client engagements.

Requirements

• 12–15 years of experience in senior technology roles, focused on technology strategy, digital transformation, and enterprise technology architecture.
• Demonstrated consulting experience delivering technology transformations for large organisations.
• Expertise in technology leadership, strategic planning, and digital transformation methodologies.
• Experience across industries such as financial services, pharmaceutical, energy, government, and technology, with a focus on technology-driven business outcomes.
• Strong leadership skills, including experience managing diverse teams and engaging with C-suite executives.
• Proven ability to drive business transformation and lead complex technology projects to successful outcomes.
• Relevant academic qualifications in information technology, engineering, computer science, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Certifications in enterprise architecture and IT strategy, such as TOGAF or ITIL.
