What you will do
- Support Customer Success Managers with day-to-day project coordination for premium and luxury brands.
- Prepare internal briefs and presentations.
- Assist with invoicing and coordination with internal teams.
- Support the regional VP with transversal tasks, including market data consolidation and key business trackers.
- Shadow Customer Success team members in client meetings and participate in internal training calls on new services and methodologies.
Requirements
- Interest in the retail/luxury industry and customer experience.
- Ability to work mostly on administration, coordination, and problem-solving tasks.
- Perfect English skills in both oral and written communication.
- Organizational skills and project management experience.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Autonomy in task management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
