Senior Business Analyst

What you will do

• Lead stakeholder discovery sessions covering business processes, user journeys, operational bottlenecks, and system integration points.
• Model optimized to-be workflows using structured process flow diagrams and translate operational requirements into functional architectures.
• Author and maintain BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, system flow models, and end-to-end requirement traceability.
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and requirement walkthroughs with Scrum Masters, Project Managers, and engineering teams.
• Align test cases and scenarios with business rules, facilitate SIT and UAT, lead defect triage, and analyze change-request impacts.
• Identify requirement gaps, scope risks, and cross-platform dependencies and develop practical solutions to keep delivery on schedule.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering complex IT, web, or mobile software development initiatives.
• Experience analyzing enterprise-grade software, complex business workflows, or integration-heavy platforms.
• Exceptional proficiency in requirements gathering, business process mapping, writing precise user stories with testable acceptance criteria, and producing formal functional specifications.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum lifecycles and hands-on experience supporting SIT/UAT cycles with QC engineers and business end-users.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, including the ability to navigate difficult conversations, facilitate client workshops, and align cross-functional priorities.

Nice to have

• Direct experience in Banking, Finance, Government/Public Sector, or compliance-heavy environments.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, data governance standards, or statutory security compliance.
• Industry credentials such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, PSPO, or CSPO.
