Senior Business Analyst

Location: Singapore, Singapore; On-site. The successful candidate must be a Singapore Citizen or PR of Singapore due to client security clearance requirements.

What you will do

• Partner with teammates and clients to define product visions, business objectives, roadmaps, and project release plans.
• Facilitate workshops and innovation games with senior stakeholders to generate customized business solutions.
• Assess current-state situations, identify root causes and opportunities, and create personas, epics, stories, and other delivery artifacts.
• Bridge clients with SMEs, C-suite executives, developers, quality analysts, architects, UX designers, and project managers.
• Manage product backlogs, support software delivery, and collaborate on the analysis and design of complex business applications.
• Share knowledge, mentor others, and promote Agile, Lean, and Continuous Development analysis practices in agile teams supporting organizational transformations.

Requirements

• Track record of delivering impactful software, ideally within a collaborative software delivery team.
• Strong attention to detail, a practical approach to story writing and delivery, and the ability to connect client strategy with team outcomes.
• Experience identifying client pain points, validating business opportunities or problems, and partnering to deliver solutions.
• Proficiency in Agile, Lean, and Continuous Delivery methodologies, with an interest in mentoring others.
• Understanding of business operations and experience modeling business processes using varied tools and techniques for requirements elicitation.
• Passion for quality software and understanding of the path from sketch to code.
• Ability to prioritize, obtain stakeholder buy-in, and resolve conflicts.
• Resilience and flexibility in ambiguous situations, with the ability to solve problems from both technical and business perspectives.
• Must be a Singapore Citizen or PR of Singapore due to specific client security clearance requirements.
