Verify forecasts statistically and use multivariate and spectral analysis of observations and model outputs to study subseasonal predictability and extreme events.
Develop and adapt scientific tools, models, workflows, products, and technologies for data processing, analysis, system evaluation, and experimental work.
Lead or contribute to projects and small teams, coordinate deliverables, provide technical direction, and collaborate across disciplines and institutions.
Author publications, technical documentation, datasets, reports, proposals, training materials, and presentations; mentor less experienced staff and students and engage with stakeholders.
