Process Engineer III (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Santa Clara, CA, United States. Onsite role with 10% travel; relocation eligible.

Salary: $124,000–$171,000 per year.

What you will do

• Design difficult process engineering experiments, collect and analyze data, and compile technical reports.
• Perform hardware characterization on complex systems and measure and interpret film properties.
• Troubleshoot process engineering issues, conduct root cause analysis, and resolve customer concerns with limited supervision.
• Create internal product documentation, presentations, and technical reports.
• Identify and work with vendors and suppliers while implementing new technologies, products, and analytical instrumentation.
• Support junior colleagues and lead project teams when needed.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• 4–7 years of related experience.
• Conceptual and practical expertise in complex problem solving.

Nice to have

• Strong background in deposition process technology and hardware.
• Experience related to plasma.
