About the Role

You will benchmark and tune systems to identify performance bottlenecks. You will develop Linux-kernel and data-plane optimizations, write high-performance infrastructure code, troubleshoot complex systems, and document technical practices with cross-functional engineering partners.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Linux internals and kernel-level programming
• Expert-level Go, C, and C++ skills
• Experience with hands-on performance tuning, benchmarking, and optimization
• Experience communicating complex technical concepts to stakeholders
• Experience or exposure to AI or cloud ecosystems and industry tooling

Responsibilities

• Design and execute system performance benchmarks
• Develop and implement Linux kernel optimizations
• Write and maintain high-performance code in Go, C, C++, or Rust
• Tune data-plane performance for AI workloads
• Partner with infrastructure, product, and engineering teams on performance initiatives
• Troubleshoot complex system issues to improve reliability and scalability
• Contribute documentation and technical best practices
