What you will do

• Own the solution architecture for the HR Mini Master (HRMM) within SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Design HRMM representations and maintenance processes for employee and organizational data based on business and technical requirements.
• Design and oversee integrations between HRMM, SAP systems, non-SAP systems, and Workday, including data flows, mappings, interfaces, and integration mechanisms.
• Translate business requirements into scalable functional and technical solution designs.
• Provide architectural guidance to HR/HCM functional consultants, integration teams, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
• Support testing, deployment, cutover, issue resolution, solution reviews, and architecture documentation.

Requirements

• Strong experience with SAP HCM/HR, HR master data, and organizational structures.
• Experience designing or implementing HR Mini Master solutions in SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of SAP HCM Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM).
• Good understanding of how HR master data is used and integrated with other S/4HANA processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA solution architecture and integration design, including SAP HR/HCM architecture, data structures, interfaces, and integration mechanisms.
• Good understanding of APIs, IDocs, web services, middleware, and data mapping.
• Ability to define interface specifications with technical teams and troubleshoot technical and integration issues.
• Experience defining SAP integrations with external HR systems, including Workday-to-SAP S/4HANA integration for employee, organizational, and HR master data.
• Ability to translate business requirements into end-to-end solution architecture and technical designs, support implementation, testing, deployment, and cutover, and collaborate with business, functional, integration, and technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of integration technologies and patterns used between Workday and SAP environments.
• Knowledge of ABAP and the ability to understand or review technical developments and specifications.
