Instructional Assistant Professor of Chemistry

Location: Laredo, Texas, United States; regular attendance on campus and in the workplace with face-to-face interactions required.

What you will do

• Teach introductory and upper-level courses in the chemistry program.
• Support teaching and learning across the department.
• Provide service to the department, college, and university as needed.
• Contribute to student success and research excellence in the university community.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Chemistry or a related discipline is required. ABD candidates may be considered but must have the degree conferred before the appointment start date.
• Prior teaching experience is strongly encouraged.
