Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack (TypeScript/React/Go)

Location: Irving, Texas, United States; full-time onsite role in Irving, TX.

What you will do

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of full-stack systems using TypeScript, React, and Go.
• Own complex ServiceNow development initiatives, including custom applications and enterprise integrations.
• Drive adoption of internal developer portal templates, shared CI/CD pipelines, and Terraform modules, while establishing team standards.
• Partner with central platform teams to provide feedback, influence roadmaps, and improve shared templates and modules.
• Develop agentic and AI capabilities, including AI agents, MCP servers, and LLM-powered features, ideally with AWS Bedrock.
• Own production readiness through observability, reliability, security, performance, mentoring, and partnership with product stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of professional software development experience, including ownership of production systems at scale.
• Expert-level TypeScript and React proficiency, with strong backend experience in Go.
• Deep understanding of system design, API architecture, security, and performance optimization.
• Proven success operating in a DevOps/self-service environment where product teams own infrastructure and delivery pipelines.
• Demonstrated technical leadership, including driving projects end-to-end, setting standards, and mentoring engineers.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow development and integration experience.
• Deep CI/CD expertise with GitHub Actions or similar tools.
• Strong infrastructure-as-code expertise with Terraform or similar tools.
• Experience using internal developer portals such as Backstage, including golden paths, software templates, and service catalogs.
• Production experience building agentic or AI systems, including AI agents, MCP servers, and LLM applications; hands-on AWS Bedrock experience.
