Retail - Practice Director (Restaurant)

Location: Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Dallas/Plano, Lenexa, or New York City, United States; applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Salary ranges: New York: $175,680–$236,520; Los Angeles: $167,040–$250,560; Las Vegas: $151,200–$226,800 annually.

What you will do

• Develop practice budgets, track revenue margins, review performance, and adjust operations to maximize profitability.
• Oversee employee relations, personnel matters, development efforts, engagement, and company-wide initiatives.
• Build and maintain client relationships, manage client experience, support proposals, and develop profitable fee structures.
• Lead practice growth and innovation by monitoring industry trends, supporting sector strategies, and mentoring others.
• Oversee project execution through practice managers, staffing, resource planning, quality standards, and operational consistency.
• Coordinate technical tools, processes, procedures, communication, and collaboration across the practice.

Requirements

• 10 or more years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years of leadership or management experience.
• Experience in Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, science, technology, marketing, or business preferred.
• History of building strong teams to improve client experience and drive business results.
• Proven ability to engage clients and maintain effective relationships over time.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve measurable results based on client satisfaction.
• Understanding of and participation in professional networks in the AEC industry.
• Strategic leadership, communication, integrity, quality orientation, teamwork, inclusion, continuous learning, and functional or technical expertise.
