Versant Summer Internships: MS NOW News & Content Production

Location: On-site at the New York, NY office, United States, from June 7, 2027 to August 13, 2027; 40 hours per week. Candidates must be presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and must not require work visa sponsorship from hirify.global now or in the future.

Salary: USD 19.00–25.00 per hour.

hirify.global is a publicly traded media company operating news, sports, entertainment, cable, digital, and direct-to-consumer brands, including MS NOW.

What you will do

• Support MS NOW newsgathering and breaking-news coverage.
• Contribute to digital, audio, and longform content across online and social platforms.
• Support social media, content strategy, dayside, weekend, and primetime news programming.
• Assist with production operations, creative operations, and graphics.
• Contribute to MS NOW brand marketing activities.

Requirements

• Be actively enrolled in a degree-granting program at an accredited institution throughout the program or graduate in Spring 2027. Applicants who graduated in 2026 or earlier are not eligible.
• Be at least a sophomore with 30 credits.
• Be available to work 40 hours per week from June 7, 2027 through August 13, 2027.
• Be willing to work on-site at the New York, NY office.
• Be presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and not require current or future work visa sponsorship from hirify.global.
• Applicants on student or exchange visas, including F-1 CPT, F-1 OPT, J-1, or M-1, are ineligible unless they can change or adjust to a status granting work authorization without sponsorship from hirify.global.
• Have an active Social Security number and complete Form I-9 with the Social Security number within three days of hire.
• Provide a one-page resume with relevant experience, skills, accomplishments, and expected graduation month and year.
• Provide a current transcript during recruitment; unofficial transcripts are accepted.

Nice to have

• Junior or senior class standing.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Strong interest in the media industry.
• Previous internship experience and on-campus involvement.
