Salary: $83,200–$102,800 USD annual base salary.

What you will do

• Architect, code, deploy, monitor, and maintain custom AI agents, applications, self-service tools, and automated workflows for Global Enablement.
• Build Python-based agentic workflows, backend services, microservices, full-stack applications, user interfaces, and secure RESTful integrations.
• Develop RAG systems using LLMs, PostgreSQL with pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate, and related search technologies for secure access to approved proprietary content.
• Implement conversation management, context retention, structured outputs, tool calling, speech and multilingual capabilities, and interactive learning experiences.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines, AI evaluation processes, security guardrails, access controls, monitoring, documentation, and operational handover procedures.
• Translate Global Enablement requirements into technical specifications and architecture, collaborate with subject-matter experts and platform teams, and measure adoption, quality, cost, and business impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or software engineering focused on building and deploying intelligent systems or automation.
• Strong proficiency in Python, including pandas and asynchronous programming, plus working proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript for user-facing applications.
• Hands-on experience building multi-step agentic workflows with LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar code-first frameworks, and integrating OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, or other LLM APIs.
• Experience designing RAG pipelines with PostgreSQL and pgvector, vector databases, or search libraries such as Pinecone, Weaviate, and FAISS.
• Experience deploying applications in Google Cloud, including Vertex AI and Cloud Functions, with knowledge of Git, testing, CI/CD, RESTful APIs, and secure coding practices.
• Ability to translate loosely defined business requirements into precise technical specifications, explain technical capabilities, risks, limitations, and tradeoffs to nontechnical stakeholders, and own solutions from concept through operation.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Professional certifications in Google Cloud, Azure, AWS, or specific AI technologies.
• Experience with speech, avatar, or multilingual capabilities.
