Senior Associate Director, Fund Accounting (Real Estate Funds)

What you will do

• Manage the performance and results of assigned real estate fund client portfolios.
• Review NAV calculations, fees, waterfalls, capital activity, investor reporting, valuation integration, financial statements, and supporting schedules.
• Lead planning meetings, coordinate deliverables, manage priorities, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Lead, coach, and performance-manage team members while supporting their development.
• Lead client and third-party meetings, act as the first escalation point, and drive issues through resolution.
• Oversee fund onboarding, reporting and systems design, process improvements, exceptions, risks, and service-quality initiatives.

Requirements

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in the fund administration industry or audit.
• Strong knowledge of real estate fund structures, investor reporting, and systems.
• Proficiency with Yardi.
• Experience managing multiple complex mandates, client escalations, and delivery risk.

Nice to have

• Professional accounting designation such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
