Senior Accountant / Finance Reporting Manager (Bitcoin Mining)

What you will do

• Prepare and distribute internal financial statements, management reports, reporting packages, and supporting documentation.
• Manage the monthly closing process, including account reconciliations and financial analysis.
• Coordinate annual audits with independent auditors and support quarterly financial filings.
• Review earnings releases, investor presentations, conference call scripts, and operating results for accuracy.
• Research accounting issues, evaluate new accounting pronouncements, and prepare accounting memoranda.
• Develop and maintain financial reporting policies, procedures, processes, and internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA qualification and experience in a Big 4 accounting firm or similar environment.
• 5–8 years of experience in financial reporting; consideration is available at Senior Accountant and Finance Manager levels depending on experience and capabilities.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.
• Knowledge of best practices in internal controls and financial reporting compliance.

Nice to have

• At least 2 years of experience with SEC disclosure and reporting requirements.
• Oracle knowledge.
