Content, Senior Team Lead - Operational Enablement

Salary: $130,000–$170,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop, lead, and coordinate strategic content initiatives across teams, initiatives, and projects.
• Improve understanding of customer content usage and identify ways to increase content value through customer advisory boards and other insight opportunities.
• Explore, test, and iterate on content concepts using data and customer insights to define direction and success measures.
• Improve reporting processes and metrics to support informed decisions by team leaders.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to use content to support new sales and customer retention.
• Increase participation in thought leadership activities and oversee partnerships and programs with industry organizations and universities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required. Specialized education, such as a J.D. or graduate degree, is preferred.
• 7 years of experience, including at least 3 years as a manager.
• Demonstrated success solving customer problems in legal, professional, and financial markets.
• Experience managing teams and leading large-scale projects.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage change and drive a group.
• Ability to develop relationships, influence the direction of content, and communicate effectively.
• Ability to work effectively and independently across multiple projects, shifting priorities, and deadlines.

Nice to have

• J.D. or other graduate degree.
