Enterprise Risk Management Associate (Fintech)

Location: HQ - San Diego, California, United States; onsite.

Salary: $70,304–$72,500 per year, plus eligible discretionary annual cash bonus and restricted stock units bonus targets of 10% each.

What you will do

• Support second-line enterprise risk management oversight across the bank.
• Help enhance and enforce operational and third-party risk management frameworks and governance.
• Conduct risk assessments and due diligence for new and existing third parties.
• Identify and assess vendor risks and related controls.
• Work with stakeholders to address risk-related inquiries and ensure appropriate mitigation.
• Manage competing priorities and drive activities to completion in a team environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least two years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with database and spreadsheet software.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, work collaboratively, and drive work to completion.

Nice to have

• Third-party risk management experience within a banking or financial institution.
• Experience with compliance risk or information security risk.
